Nature-Based Coaching

Leading Workplace Change with Mind, Heart and Body

“Nature-based activities have been shown to promote psychological restoration and reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress, while improving attentional capacity, life satisfaction, and overall wellbeing.”

When was the last time you walked in nature, slowed your pace, and simply allowed yourself to be—to stand still, close your eyes, and soak in the hush of the summer breeze rustling through beech trees? Have you ever walked barefoot on rain-dampened grass and noticed your mind begin to settle?

In 2018, I created Coaching Walks for Wellbeing — a health and wellbeing initiative designed to enrich workplace and individual wellbeing agendas by moving mentoring and coaching out of the traditional office and into the natural world.

Over the past seven years, these walks have quietly gathered momentum. By relocating conversation into outdoor spaces, participants report reduced stress, clearer thinking, and an enhanced ability to make significant leadership and business decisions.

I now offer these walks through my personal coaching practice, including specialist sessions for post-adoption wellbeing. In autumn 2025, I will begin offering walks for those grieving the loss of an adult child—a space for gentle reflection, being with your loss and working towards post traumatic growth in your own time.

Who these walks are for

Leaders, educators, creatives, healthcare professionals, post-adoption adults, and soon—those navigating profound grief. Past clients include professionals from the Creative Industries, Education, and the NHS.

Whether you're facing a business decision, emotional fatigue, or personal transformation, these walks offer a new way of moving — physically and mentally — towards clarity and change. These walks should not be used as a substitute for therapy.

All walks carry risk. Health and safety & accessibility are considered. I provide a safety disclaimer for you to read and sign before any walks. I also hold Professional Liability Insurance.

Please contact me to discuss your needs, potential location of walk and your budget / my fees.
